Southern Blue Haven orders are final and we don’t offer exchanges. We take great pride in ensuring your gift is delivered in the most pristine condition, we do understand things can get rocky along the way. If you are not satisfied with the way your gift reached its destination, or you have any suggestions on how we can better serve you, please let us know. If for some reason, your package is sent back to us, we will reach out to you for next steps. If we do not hear from you within 10 days, your package and contents will be disregarded.
