    • Gift Ideas & Delivery: 10 to 14 days. To ensure timely delivery, please submit your questionnaire at least 14 days before the desired delivery date. Gifts must be selected at least 7 days prior to the delivery date, or rush shipping fees may apply. Be sure to take note of holiday shipping cut-off dates as well.

      Note that our office are closed December 23rd - January 4th.

  • You’ll receive a text with a link to our questionnaire shortly after purchasing your service. For any issues, feel free to email us.

  • If you selected shipping or delivery, you will receive an invoice via email that we have on file within your customer profile.

    Once we have received your payment for the invoice, we will get started on your shipping or delivering your gift.

    • Southern Blue Haven orders are final and we don’t offer exchanges. We take great pride in ensuring your gift is delivered in the most pristine condition, we do understand things can get rocky along the way. If you are not satisfied with the way your gift reached its destination, or you have any suggestions on how we can better serve you, please let us know. If for some reason, your package is sent back to us, we will reach out to you for next steps. If we do not hear from you within 10 days, your package and contents will be disregarded.     • Please note that gifting service credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase and are non-transferable

    • Timely response to questionnaire, reviewing catalog selections and invoice processing will determine how quickly we are able to process your gift.

    • For Corporate & Group Gifting orders, inquiries must be submitted 4 weeks prior to your requested delivery date.

    • For Party Favor orders, inquiries must be submitted 2 weeks prior to your requested delivery date.

    Please note our office is closer from December 22nd, 2024 - January 4th, 2025.

  • No, you may redeem each service at any time for up to 90 days; they do not need to all be redeemed at one time. Note that unused services will expire within 90 days from purchase.

  • We delivery within a 5 mile radius of Alpharetta, with a few exceptions. That includes Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Cumming, Roswell, Peachtree Corners, Duluth, Suwannee and more.

    We also offer pick-up on certain days during business hours in our Cumming office off exit 15 & 400N.

  • We invoice shipping separately as an additional cost to any custom or corporate gifts in your order and only ship to domestic lower 48 states in the United States.

    Ready-to-ship gifts that are over $100 include shipping within the domestic lower 48 United States.

  • Special requests for wrapping outside of our signature options may incur a fee that will be quoted when requested before invoicing for item costs.
