After two decades balancing a high-pressure tech career and personal life, I realized that fulfillment doesn’t come from doing more, but from making intentional choices.

Gift Ideas: Within 48 business hours, we’ll send you a digital catalog with curated gift suggestions after receiving your questionnaire.
Gift Ideas & Delivery: 10 to 14 days. To ensure timely delivery, please submit your questionnaire at least 14 days before the desired delivery date. Gifts must be selected at least 7 days prior to the delivery date, or rush shipping fees may apply. Be sure to take note of holiday shipping cut-off dates as well.
Note that our office are closed December 23rd - January 4th.

You’ll receive a text with a link to our questionnaire shortly after purchasing your service. For any issues, feel free to email us.

We offer up to two complimentary catalog revisions.

Upon completion of each service, we will send another questionnaire link that you may use when you're ready.

For the white-glove service, the cost of the item and any shipping costs will be added on for purchasing the item(s) for your service if applicable. You’ll know the cost once you select from the catalog. We will send you invoice and once you process payment will order on your behalf
Additional catalog revisions: $15 per revision
Gifts may include up to five items; each extra item is $15
Pre-delivery assembly (e.g., building a dollhouse) is not included or offered as a service.
Scheduling support for experiential gifts: $50 per event

If you selected the White-glove service, once your gift has been selected, our team will submit an invoice for the gift and shipping costs to the email that we have on file within your customer profile.
Once we have received your payment for the invoice, we will get started on your gift.

Southern Blue Haven orders are final and we don’t offer exchanges. We take great pride in ensuring your gift is delivered in the most pristine condition, we do understand things can get rocky along the way. If you are not satisfied with the way your gift reached its destination, or you have any suggestions on how we can better serve you, please let us know. If for some reason, your package is sent back to us, we will reach out to you for next steps. If we do not hear from you within 10 days, your package and contents will be disregarded. Timely response to questionnaire, reviewing catalog selections and invoice processing will determine how quickly we are able to process your gift.
For Corporate & Group Gifting orders, inquiries must be submitted 4 weeks prior to your requested delivery date.
For Party Favor orders, inquiries must be submitted 2 weeks prior to your requested delivery date.
For Gift Wrapping orders, inquiries must be submitted 2 weeks preior to your requested delivery date.
Please note our office is closer from December 22nd, 2024 - January 4th, 2025.

A single gift service can include up to 5 gift components. Additional components or gift items may incur additional fees.

No, you may redeem each service at any time for up to 90 days; they do not need to all be redeemed at one time. Note that unused services will expire within 90 days from purchase.

We delivery within a 5-10 mile radius of Alpharetta, with a few exceptions. That includes Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Cumming, Roswell, Peachtree Corners, Duluth, Suwannee and more.
(Here is a list of zip codes we service with delivery: 30004, 30005, 30009, 30022, 30024, 30040, 30041, 30075, 30076, 30092, 30096, 30097, 30338, 30350)
We also offer pick-up on certain days during business hours in our Cumming office off exit 15 & 400N.

We currently do not offer shipping of gifts. We hope to add that as a service in the future.

If you purchased the White Glove service there are no additional fees for either signature or holiday gift wrap.
Special requests for wrapping may incur a fee that will be quoted when requested before invoicing for item costs. Just ask and we’ll be happy to see what’s possible.

In each Gift Catalog, you'll receive 3-5 gift suggestions. Please note: Timing and inventory of each retail partner may vary and while we do our best to include gifts that will remain in stock, we are unable to guarantee a certain gift until orders have been confirmed.
